1. Eligibility

  • 14-day return window from delivery date (EU law compliance).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Customized jerseys (with names/numbers)
❌ Clearance/sale items (marked "Final Sale")

3. Refund Process

  1. Email service@footballprefect.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of defective/wrong items (if applicable)

  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (EU customers only).

  3. Refunds issued within 5 business days after inspection.

4. Refund Methods

  • Original payment (credit card/PayPal)

  • Store credit (+10% bonus if chosen)
